Second Visit Health Reveal (60 min, ~1 month later)
We review progress, lab results, and early wins. Your plan is refined to maximize momentum and begin tackling deeper areas of concern.
Momentum Visit (60 min, ~1 month later)
We solidify progress and unveil your year-long Hormonal to Whole Care Plan, providing a clear roadmap for sustained transformation.
