As a Menopause Society Certified Practitioner, I bring advanced, evidence-informed care for midlife hormone health — integrated with naturopathic principles to provide personalized, whole-person support.
I practice at Roesner Wellness Solutions, our home-based clinic designed for warm, integrative care, and see clients virtually across Ontario.

Life Outside the Clinic
I’m a proud mama to two spirited children and partner to my husband Ben, our massage therapist at Roesner Wellness Solutions. Together we love scrappy road-tripping, backcountry camping, and tending to our large garden — growing, preserving, and connecting to our food.
This love of curiosity, play, and connection extends into my practice: I aim to make care practical, approachable, and deeply human, meeting you where you are and helping you thrive.
